Terms & Conditions

Sessions
  1. A session will be closed after we have reached our targeted number of order.
  2. Once session is closed, no backing out of order is allowed.
  3. You may ask for refund after a month when the targeted number of order is not met.

    Payment

  4. Orders will only be confirmed when we have received your full payment. Please inform us the time and date of your transaction, as well as the reference/transaction number. An confirmation email will be sent to you upon receiving your payment/update.
  5. We strongly recommend payment via fund transfer. Concealed cash will be sent at your own risk. We do not accept inter-bank fund transfer currently.

    Postage/Mailing/Collection

  6. Our items are Nett priced, no extra handling fees and postage fees are required. But if registered mail postage is requested, extra charges will be imposed.
  7. Our default postage is through normal mail postage. We will not be responsible for damaged / lost mail and no refund will be given in such cases.
  8. You will most likely receive your items in 2-3 weeks time after the session is closed.
  9. Meet-up can be arranged if required. No self-collection.
  10. Items not collected within 2 weeks of arrival will be confiscated.

    Exchange

  11. Items will only be exchanged if we have sent the wrong item to you.


    Others

  12. For enquiries, please email majesticvalentine@gmail.com. If we din't reply within 3days, do send us the email again as it may mean that we did not receive it.
  13. Please ensure that you have checked through your orders before sending it to us. Do note that changing of details is not allowed once your order is confirmed.
